The site was kind of hard to use for me. I had trouble finding the event info, and I like to double-check details before committing to anything, so that made me a little hesitant. It would be better if the important info was easier to spot.

Took my kids to Monster Jam and we had a great time. Buying the tickets was simple enough, and everything came through without any issues. The only thing I wish was a little better was the parking info, since we had to figure that out a bit once we got there. But the show itself was loud, fun, and basically exactly what we were hoping for. I’d probably go again next year.

We booked through monsterjam.com and ended up with a really good view. We could see the whole arena without having to sorta lean around people or stretch to catch what was happening. Even though we were higher up, the trucks still felt close enough, and my kids didn’t miss a thing. Picking the seats was easy too. no complaints — we had a fun night

I bought tickets for Monster Jam it went way smoother than I expected. The site loaded without any problems, picking seats was simple, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. I got the confirmation email right away too. If this is how they handle ticket buying in general, I’d definitely use them again.

We went to the show mostly just expecting the kids to enjoy the cars and the noise, and they had a great time the whole way through. It was busy but still easygoing, and we hung around a bit afterward instead of rushing out. That ended up being worth it because the drivers were really friendly and took a few minutes to talk with my kids, which they were excited about the rest of the day

The food was decent overall, mostly the usual arena stuff like nachos, hot dogs, and drinks. I kind of assumed the lines would be a mess, but they actually moved along okay. The prices were definitely on the high side, which I guess is what you expect at places like this. The kids were happy though, so it worked out.

I was actually planning to grab a few things as a fun part of the day, but the merch selection was disappointing. There wasn’t much to choose from, and the prices felt way too high for what they had. Kind of ruined the little shopping moment I was looking forward to

Getting inside was faster than I expected, and the staff actually seemed like they knew what they were doing. There wasn’t much confusion at all, which is kind of rare for a big event. We all had a great time and would definitely go again.

Monster Jam was a blast. I went in expecting big trucks and noise, obviously, but it was way more fun than I thought it would be. The trucks were insanely loud, the kind where you feel it in your chest, and then suddenly they’re flying through the air like that’s a normal thing. The flips were probably my favorite part, a couple of them had me just sitting there like, wait, did that really happen? My kids were completely locked in the whole time, which is saying something. We were talking about it again on the way home, then again the next day. Definitely something I’d go to again

I was really looking forward to the show, but the timing was a complete mess. It started way later than expected, and after waiting around for so long, it took away a lot of the excitement. By the time things finally got going, I was more frustrated than anything. Such a shame, because I wanted to enjoy it so badly

I reached out thinking, okay, I’ll probably be waiting a while… but nope, they answered really quickly and helped me get things sorted without any hassle.

We paid extra for the pit party, but it was disappointing this time. I remember it being a lot more fun before, with more chances to actually get close to the trucks. This time the lines were huge, we barely got to see anything up close, and the kids got bored quickly. For what it cost, it just didn’t feel worth it for us.

I went with my kids and, based on how these things usually go, I assumed the crowds would be a hassle. But they had it handled really well. The lines kept moving, staff were actually pointing people in the right direction, and even getting out after the show wasn’t the usual chaotic mess I expected.

We went to Monster Jam last weekend it was a really fun time. The trucks were "so loud," the jumps were wild, and the crowd was hyped pretty much the whole show. My kids absolutely loved it. The only thing I’d change is making the breaks a little shorter, but overall it was "totally worth it" and we’d go again

We took our two kids, and they were so excited the whole time. The trucks were huge, loud, and fun to watch, and they especially loved the big jumps... like, that was definitely the highlight for them.

For families, it’s mostly a good time, but the noise is a lot. Even with ear protection, it still felt intense after a while. And yeah, the food and merch prices were kind of high, which wasn’t super surprising, but still... worth knowing before you go.
I’d say it’s worth trying once if your kids are really into trucks or big shows like this. Just plan ahead, bring ear protection, and don’t go in expecting a calm, relaxing outing, because uh... it’s definitely not that.

I brought earplugs just in case, and I’m glad I did because the sound was loud, but not in a bad way. It was more like a concert-loud, exciting-loud, big-speakers-loud kind of thing, not the painful ringing-ears-afterward type. With the earplugs in, everything felt fine the whole show, music, crowd noise, clapping, even the louder parts were easy to handle.

I had to cancel our Monster Jam tickets at the last minute, and I was already dreading having to deal with another customer service situation. Thankfully, it wasn’t as bad as I expected. The refund took a few days to show up, but it did come through. Support wasn’t super quick to respond, but they were fine. Overall, decent experience, especially considering I was not in the mood for a back-and-forth.
